Hi,
with my version of Acronis True Image there are no settings stored. I cannot store the settings for
- the folder where to store the backup
- the backup-method (“full”)
- the name of the backup (“always with date”)
What can I do?

Can you please provide more information about the case that you are experiencing?
Have you tried re-installing the application?
Every time I make a backup, I have to do the settings for my preferred way of backing up again:
Backup-method: full (instead of the default one)
name of backup-file (sith date)
disk I want to backup
These settings are not stored, although I have chosen “store settings”.
