WD Photo app searching tags?

I have all my photos across to my MBLD and have done a whole lot of tagging using Picasa 3 across my network.  When I use the WD photo app on my Iphone I notice that if I use the search function the app wont find any of my tag references.  It will only find actual file names.  Am I right in assuming that the app wont find tag info?  Be handy if it did.

That's correct, it will only organize the pictures by name.
