i have used the same names same map everything but it still don't work... can somebody help me pleas

You may check that the subtitle file you are using is compatible with it.  These are the formats listed as compatible:  SRT, SMI, SUB, **bleep**, SSA.

 

If still does not work you may try resetting your Elements Play by holding its reset button for 4 seconds, this will not erase any data.

Avoid such problems with subtitles by packing them together with the movie (video and audio tracks) into the Matroska container. For subtitle conversion, I'm using Gaupol.

 

Please ask for more info if needed.
