I just put the USB cable from my new WD Elements Play to my laptop ,after the drivers was instaled i couldn’t go to the hard disk.It’s forbbiten ? I had before format the disk from the WD player.Why i can’t see the HD from the laptop?? Thanks

Did you check if the drive is seen on disk management? (Right-click computer/my computer> manage> disk management)
