Again, I have seen this posted previously but need to keep pushing WD to make the changes. When photos are uploaded to MyCloud from portable devices using WD Photos (preferably automatically sometime soon!), can you please ammend your software so that the original photo date is retained and not the upload date. After all, do you honestly know anyone who would want the upload date and not the oringianl date. Dropbox and iCloud can both do it, surely you can manage it too. After all, you are selling MyCloud as a personal cloud system but dont provide the simple benefits that the competition do. Come on PLEASE!

Couldn’t agree more. Should be able to search on metadata (i.e. photo date, people tags, location, etc.)
