As know WD Sentinel come with standard 3 Years Limited Warranty Service, but i would need to know on WD Guardian Service for : -
WD Guardian Express:
- Hardware support and express parts replacement for the duration of the plan.
Question 1: "Express Part Replacement" means it will take how many days from Malaysia Time Zone GMT + 0800?
WD Guardian Pro
-Business hours technical support for the duration of the plan
Question 1: " Business Hour" means to from what time to what time. ( * My Time Zone GMT + 0800 - Malaysia)
- Priority access to technical support through a dedicated support line
Question 2: " Priority access to technical support through a dedicated support line" What is the number of the dedicated support line? Avalaible for malaysia to call up?
