I am unable to update my RX4100 using the Dashboard.
Monitor → Software Update tab → click on “Check for Updates”.
It immediately returns “Cannot reach update server”
It also writes this in the Windows application log.
Exception in WDSoftwareUpdateProvider.HostService.ProviderService.GetHttpResponse: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
At WD recommendation I have set a static IP address on the machine, and I have also tried disabling the windows firewall.
Any other suggestions?
