For those considering parting with the money to upgrade to the Premium version - watch this space.
I upgraded and it changed nothing.
The reason I upgraded was because I was running the WD Sharespace software on Vista and having problems including the CPU usage fluctuating over 20% even several hours after I had selected ‘pause indefinitely’.
Installing premium didn’t do anything any differently.
I then switched to Win7 64B and now get blue screens and WD Backup restarts and restarts over and over.
I have sent them countless messages through their error reporting feedback screen (Do they actually even get read?!?!?!?!) but I never got a response.
I am talking to tech support now.
I’ll let everyone know if I get anywhere, but for now I would suggest keeping your money in your pockets and waiting.
