Acronis True Image Unable to Read Disk1 Sector 13789189

I am trying to image my computer with the Acronis software and the process has stopped with an error message saying “Unable to reaqd disk 1 sector 13789189 (Retry, Ignore, ignore all)”

Is there something I can do this fix this?  Is it safe to reboot my computer?
