World Book White Light Not Loading -- Solid Light On bottom

I see other people have the same question but I couldn’t find an answer. I have a White World Book white light edition — it has a solid light on the bottom section of the bar, and does not move. I tried to restart, unplug, and held down the restart button with a paper clip. No luck.

The drive was not hacked or modified per firmware updates. Not sure how to get this drive working normally again. 

Any ideas?!
