Western Digital 1TB (wd10000d033) My Book Hard Drive Replacement?

I have one of the old (blue rings) 1TB (2x500GB) My Book NAS Ethernet Drives (wd10000d033). It stopped working recently and when I log into the admin software it says “Drive A Failed.” It was configured as Raid 0 so I’m assuming I’ve lost all my data but that’s not a big deal I was really only using it for movies which I have backed up elsewhere. However, I’m wondering how difficult it is to replace the failed drive A or even drop a couple of 1TB drives in it? All the “how-to’s” on youtube appear to be for different (newer) versions of the drive. Thanks.

Hello, you can replace the faulty hard drive with a Green drive of the same capacity.
