WDSpaceshare is problem

Dear all,

My WDSharespace is Raid5.

But HDD1 is problem as:

Disk     Volume           Status

=========================

HD1     Unassigned    New

HD2     DataVolume   Good

HD3     DataVolume   Good

HD4     DataVolume   Good

Please help me!

This can happen when the hard drive in question was dropped out of the RAID configuration, and could be related to an individual disk failure, or an early sign of controller degradation.

We would recommend turning off the WD ShareSpace, then gently remove the suspect disk for testing with Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics on a Windows computer.
