WD20000H1NC reformat

Dear All,

Recently my  WD20000H1NC harddisk has died, and i replaced it with a new harddisk, but i realise the NAS Firmware(or the OS) for the new harddisk is missing. And i cannot seem to find it under support to download and install.

Can someone please help me?
