Sharespace 4TB - Can't get gigabit (1gbit) LAN connection

Hi Folks,

I have a 4TB Sharespace and just upgraded to a 1gbit switch, but for some reason the Sharespace just won’t switch over from 100mbit.  I’ve gone through the manual, and it tells me I have to change the MTU settin to 1500.  But there’s no where to change it.

I’m running firmware 2.3.02 with MioNet 4.3.1.12 which is the latest firmware.  All my other devices are connecting fine at 1gbit/s.

Does anyone have any ideas at all as to what I can do?  The only reason I purchased this switch was to get the Sharespace working faster.

Have you tried with another Ethernet cable?
