Sharedspace Bios Update Went Wrong

I was updating the BIOS on my Sharespace and I closed the browser by mistake.

I can ping the unit

I dont see the shares

I can not access it using the Web Browser

I have a red light on the checkmark

Any idea how to solve this ?

I have been trying to fix the same problem since last November, but no luck.  The WD support people have been doing their best, but they have given up.  I’ll keep trying . . .
