ShareSpace unable to map network drive - twonky works fine

started about a week ago unable to map network drive  ( wdsharespace - public is not accessable …the specified network name is no longer available )

i have moved the sharespace to a completely different network and client and i still get the same msg … so the issue is with the sharespace … twonky however still streams media

have created new user, done a reset, and verifiied there are no error messages

Hello as1968, have you tried using another Ethernet cable? Also share what colors are the status lights.
