Share Space System Identification led blinking red!

Hi guys;

I have WD Sharespace with 8tb (4 disks), It was working fine but suddenly once I connect to my pc, showing red steady color in system identification led. I went to My share space admin and found degraded, but then I open the case and take out all disks and inserts them back. Unfortunately, the led is blinking with red color and the wired network is not getting identified in my pc!!! so I am unable to connect to admin page either!!

Appreciate your guidance

After reset status have been changed, all leds are green steady, system identification is off

I am unable to access the drive.

Just to add I did hot swap of harddisks.

To be more precise after reading tutorial;

It is amber steady (Yellow solid color) It is is saying hard drive error in the tutorial. but what about troubleshoot?!

sorry but there is no solution

ı had same problem after firmware update

and was touch with wd support

they told me that sharespace enclosure’s bios is corrupted

if your ss is under warranty send to wd for change

if not get a new sharespace enclosure

hi thegusty i have same storage with degraded mode every thing is fine  but system Identification LED become red since last week. what should i do?
