N600 wireless router setup problem

N600 connected to Billion modem/router 7404VNP-X with LAN to LAN (was previously setup WAN to LAN)

Can now see all local network devices. Can also see local “Homegroup” computers.

N600 DHCP turned off

Cannot access internet from N600 computers unless connected back to WAN and LAN

Any assistance would be most welcome
