Hi WDC…

Long time no… see!

Just a quick question: will there be any more firmware updates in the near future at all for the MyBook MyWorld White Lights Edition NAS? The last one was almost one full year ago and I am wondering if WD have looked into this.

Also, if there is any way of geting an updated version of SMB (Samba) and/or Netatalk (AFP) on a MyBook MyWorld White Lights Edition?

Hi, difficult to know, WD doesn’t pre announce firmware updates, but if you have any suggestions you can post them in the ideas section.
