Can You Have Individual Share Settings on USB Partitions

I have a multi-partitioned USB drive. The My World lists the partitions in the ‘Folder Share Permissions’ page, but doesn’t allow me to modify the settings. And in the ‘USB Share Permissions’ page it only has settings for the entire drive.

Is there a way to have individual settings for each of the partitions, or better yet, the folders themselves?

Or even create folder shares on the USB as you do on the internal HD?
