Hi,
I registered my WD Elements Desktop 2TB USB 2.0 on the support website but the expiration date of my warranty is wrong even if I input my date of purchase.
According to the KB (http://wdc.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/33
Great, except that the email support DOESN'T WORK!
