Wrong warranty expiration date after registration of the product

[ Edited ]

Hi,

I registered my WD Elements Desktop 2TB USB 2.0 on the support website but the expiration date of my warranty is wrong even if I input my date of purchase.
According to the KB (http://wdc.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3329/p/228,219,289/session/L3RpbWUvMTMzODU0OTQ2MC9za... "If your registered drive still show an incorrect warranty date, please send us an email and attach a copy of your proof of purchase. We need your proof of purchase in order to update the warranty to start from the date of purchase."

Great, except that the email support DOESN'T WORK!
Check the post http://community.wdc.com/t5/Direct-Customers/Where-s-the-e-mail-support/td-p/412236 .

So what shall I do now?
