Please Help To Fix my WD EXternal Hard Drive.

Please I have an External WD HardDrive, someone use it and she can't read any data from it. and she gave it to a IT shop to fix it but they can't fix it. and they broke it. I have no idea where to fix it and who will fix it.because they have broke it into piece only the hard drive is still unharm.

 

Please can anyone help show me where is the nearest WD Technician Office, whom will help fix my external Because it is so helpful for me.
