Since I started using this ext HD a week ago, I have been getting the dreaded blue screen (PFN_LIST_CORRUPT) mostly upon booting up. It did happen once in the middle of watching a video file. It is plugged directly into the computer. I researched PFN_LIST_CORRUPT and it appears to be a device driver issue. I don't have the patience to troubleshoot it and therefore asked for a replacement.
Has anyone encountered this issue?
There aren't any device drivers to download in the support section for this product.

This could be an issue with the computer trying to boot from the external
Besides the boot behavior, does the drive works well after boot up?

You can also run a test with DLG to see if the Elements has any problems.
