For regular way, you can "back up data" -- "reformat partition to FAT32" -- "restore data". But if  a partition larger than 32GB, it will not supported to convert to FAT32 on Windows.

 

Another choice is NTFS to FAT32 Converter produced by Aomei Technology. It is convenient, secure, and time saving. It can convert without data lost.
