HELP!! WD 1TB not recognized by my PC

I am using WD 1TB external for backup and done works, my PC crashed the other day so I had to take out the external and plug it in the Macbook.

I accidentally erased everything and used Disk Drill to recover it, however, I am not quite familiar with MAC so I had my pc fixed and transferred my WD back to my PC. When I plugged it in, It's not recognized anymore. I couldnt see it in My Computer. When I checked on the Device Manager, it's there. When I tried checking on Disk Management, it's there. I wanted to change the disk drive letter (i read from somewhere that this will solve my problem) however, the option of changing the letter cannot be clicked also.

What should I do? My important previous works are there. :smileysad: I hope someone can give me a helpful answer... Thanks!

You might have formatted the drive for Mac, which by default is not readable by Windows.  Using thir party software, like Mac Drive, you should be able to read the drive from Windows.
