FAT32 partition not working

Please help! I have 3 partition on my WD 1 TB External hardrive. I have HD, NTFS and FAT32. My FAT32 suddenly cannot be mounted by mac and windows 7. I'm using macbook pro snow leopard and also running windows 7(bootcamp). When I open disk utility on mac, my FAT32 is greyed out and when i try to "repair disk'  it says "ERROR: DISK UTILITY CANT REPAIR THIS DISK AND RESTORE YOUR BACKED-UP FILES. When i open it on my WIndows 7 it only shows up as Drive: I but i also cannot access it. Please please help. I have important files on my FAT32. Thanks in advance!

Re: FAT32 partition not working

FAT32 is more prone to corruption than others. Try some recovery software like Recuva http://www.piriform.com/recuva or mayb e the EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard http://www.easeus.com/resource/repair-raw-disk.htm
