5 months ago I bought a WB Elements of 1 terrabyte and filled it with photo's (9 gig), movies (69 gig) and series (180gig). But now the drive says it is full (only 76,5 gig of 931 gig is available). I have a Acer Windows and never any problems with my computer. I also have a Freecom 500gig and more gig fits on this 500 gig drive than on my 1000gig Elements drive.
Now I was looking through some comments and its suggested I should format my drive. Is this true? Is this the only option? I read that by formatting you delete all your files and I have no room to store the files on my computer but I do not want to loose the files (that's the reason I bought the Elements 1 terra in the first place).
Thank you for any suggestions!

Hello,
If you access Disk Management, do you see any unallocated space?
