i have unregistered my disc from my account by mistake. when i try to register it again, it says:" You have un-registered the product wmxxxxxxxx before. Please click here to re-register it."
But it doesn't work. The link leads to my account page and does nothing.

I too am having the same problem...have sent Email to WD and even spoke with them last week...still no joy. Maybe between the two of us, this will get fixed soon...hopefully before our warranties are up
