I’m looking for an AV solution that’s centrally managed but affordable, for about 100 computers. Want something that’s lightweight and covers basic AV protection, don’t need bells and whistles. Thanks!

Trend Micro Office Scan Client. I think that is centrally managed, but you still have to install it on every computer.
