I visit support.wdc.com using IE-11. I sign in and appear to be recognized. I go to product registration. I enter a serial number that I have copied and pasted from the WD DLG Diagnostics report. The serial number registration is replaced with a generally blank box that says “Account” and my name. I go to RMA, and it tells me I have no products registered.
Am I doing something incorrectly, or is there a problem with your website?
