Thank You to the service Department.

I requested a new USB 3 cble for my My Book Studio drive on Oct.23rd, On Oct 27th it was in my mailbox.

This is just incredible service and greatly appreciated.I have always used WD drives because they never have failed me.

I now have 24.5 TeraBytes of drives hanging from my Mac Mini I7, and if I ever need more room You can be sure it will be Western Digital.

You Guys are the greatest,
