Support Tickets Closed with No Response

What’s the point of the support portal if you can’t get any actual support?  I created 2 tickets on 9/11, and they were closed a few days later with absolutely no response or notification to me at all.

The emails were initially blocked at our border because of the salesforce.com domain.

After being told that both issues did get responses I was able to hunt those emails down.

However, the support ticket online (which is what I was checking daily) does not have the responses listed, only my initial submission.  That’s what caused me to believe there was no response.

same here they close the call and no reply whatsoever

I have had the same problem, I have raised 7 support calls, some of them have been closed with no response and the rest have been closed with no resoloution. WD support is the worst ever and I would never by a Western Digital product again with all the problems i’ve had with hardware and support.

My ticket is still open, but it’s been 16 days with no response…
