RMA expired

Can I still create a new RMA if it has expired ? I created an RMA request last month but forgot to send it right away.

Hello,

Yes, you should be able to create a new RMA by contacting WD support or through the following link.

I forgot to mail my defected drive before my RMA expires.  Now that I am ready I am having ahrd time doing so.

I rember that my product before has been registered and now I can not anymore see it in my list that is eligible for RMA.  Also the product is still in limited warranty as i checked.

So how can i request for another RMA number if I can not do so because it requires me to register the product and once I tried to register the product again it said the the product may be an OEM or warranty is void!

You should contact Support and let them help you straighten this out.  Below is the contact information for WD’s Support. You can contact them either by phone or email.
