Premailer lacking printed return stickers

Some manufacturers include a laser printed set of stickers and instructions on how and where to return the defective product.   It prevents confusion, saves customer time, and enhances customer experience.  They even include a prepaid shipping sticker.  Please consider and discuss my suggestion with the chairman in charge of RMAs.
