New RMA case for already registered product

How I can get new RMA case for already registered product?

I registered faulty WD black mobile HDD, but I did not use previously given RMA case(

RMA Date 7-Sep-2013). HDD is still “in limited warranty”. I wrote a e-mail to your support, but I did not get any answer(only your automatic answer that you will answer me soon as possible)…

Hi you should have no problem as long as the drive was registered to you. You sign into your WD account and start the RMA.
