Does WD charge for phone tech support

I was about to call tech support for one of my drive but i was just wondering if they charge for tech support???

Phone support for in-warranty products is available for free during initial contact, and an option to extend service plans will be offered. On the other hand, E-mail support is always available regardless of warranty status.

“Initial contact” would be the first 30 days after the first call.
