Hi your question did not make much sense did you want them to teach you how to use win 8 or do you have a specific problem.
WD Tech Service was BORED. Obviously hated her job and was as enthusiac as over cooked spagetti.
When she told me where to find the software I needed (you had to open this download tab to open that download tab to FINALLY locate the one you needed) she OBJECTED when i skipped a few of her monotone bored steps and and went ahead and clicked through to the “Yes I accept” button. Like I HAVE installed programs before lady.
