I am trying to ask a pre-sales question. I have selected I need support from a WD product not registered in my WD support account.
However the options: Product; Product Categories and Product family are greyed out. Unfortunately I get an error if they are not chosen.
I found if I select I need support from a WD product registered in my WD support account and troubleshooting, I could select every category bar Product. However that wasn’t enough to stop it erroring.
I would be grateful if someone could look into this. I’m using the latest version of Chrome on a Macbook Air running Mountain Lion OS X 10.8.
If WD simply had a proper e-mail support option, it would have been much simpler and I wouldn’t have had to spend additional time on here.
