Can't log in and can't get a password reset

I hadn’t logged in for a while and the system changed password size from my old account. I tried the “forgot password” and got a green box telling me a new password was sent. But nothing has shown up in my mail. I’ve tried numerous times. I even made a new account, was able to log in yesterday when I made it but today I couldn’t log in and when I tried to reset the password for that account it too was not getting any emails.

My account has several harddrives registered to it (some I believe are still under warranty) and I have a new drive to register.

As a recommendation, contact WD over the phone and they will assist you to register the new product and to recover the previews account information.
