Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues registering your account. If you continue to have problems, you can call tech support directly to register your account.

Yes, your WD SUPPORT PORTAL registration IS STILL BROKEN. Fails for Chrome and Safari.
Are you using the latest versions of Chrome and Safari? Cause, for whatever reason, we’re not experiencing any issues with the latest browser versions. Keep in mind that older browsers are not supported, and you need to make sure that you have javascript and cookies enabled.
i’m having the same stupid problem. you guys need to fix the captcha recaptcha. stupid.

yes, of course i am using the most current browser.
We need some more information. We’re not having the same issues with the recaptcha.
- Can you post an image of the recaptcha you are seeing?
- Can you post a link to the page with the recaptcha?
- What site page were you on when you got the recaptcha?
