Advanced RMA issue

I can’t complete an Andvanced RMA for WD HDD because of an error:

"An internal server error occurred during your visit.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you would like to report the error to us, please report the following error: Web Error WE20097188"

The error number is changed after next try to complete the RMA.

I need an urgent answer to make a decision quickly.

If you cannot do the RMA online, is easier for you to call tech support.

Problem because the site was in maintenance: " Due to maintenance on our website Some options not available where during this weekend" but it was solved today.
