Advance RMAs disabled?

I did some advance RMAs a few weeks ago, but ever since the redesigned support portal went online, I haven’t been able to pick that option.  The standard RMA procedure is considerably slower even when I next day the drives.  Has it been temporarily disabled, or has the policy changed?  Can I get an advance RMA by emailing support?

The RMA type is selected at the bottom of the page.

I figured it out. It seems to be Chrome-releated.  No issues in IE11.  In chrome the option would not let me select it at all.
