Good morning.
I’ve created an RMA case on the 10th Dec, but because of the holidays, I forgot to mail my HDD to the WD Service Center. My RMA is supposed to be expired on the 9th Jan, but I can see in the customer support webpage that it is still active. Should I send the HDD now or should I wait for it to expire so that I create another RMA case? How long does it take to expire?
