WD CLoud device has clogged up my network?

Just installed a new 6TB WD cloud network device and since then my internet connection seems to be very hit & miss with no access at all at times. I am connected to the latest BT home hub & also run the following devices (some via network switch boxes):

Mac

Windows laptop (x2)

Windows PC

Ipad (x2)

Smart TV

Apple TV

BT Vision

Obviously they are not all running at once but even with 2 machines running we seem to have no or limited internet any suggestions? Is the Cloud network device sapping my network bandwidth?

Do you have “Media Server” Enabled?  If so, try disabling it.

Thanks have done that as well as itunes server so far seems to have sped up i’ll keep you posted!
