Unable to connect to WD Cloud with error SSL

Hi,

I have a problem to connect to my WD Cloud on my Ipad — when I try to connect, an error pops up per below:

“A connection failure occurred: SSL problem (Possible causes maybe a bad/expired/self-signed certificate, clock set wrong date).”

WHat does this mean and how to solve it?

I can connect to My Cloud using my PC, Iphone, Android phone no problem.

Dont understand why the ipad having problem?

Hello vincent_kit, can you share where exactly are you getting this message? Are you trying to use the WD Cloud app or trying to access the dashboard?
