LED violet or purpple

Hello friends, I have a WD 3TB MyCloud happens when I turn the led me in purple without connecting to network and I have to unplug and plug back there recently and the LED changes to blue

This configured with dynamic IP and is visible in the table of devices connected to the LAN but I can not access, the LED is violet. Then unplug the device and already I switch to blue.

This I have to perform every time I turn off the network

Okay this happen?

Why don’t you try giving your device a static IP address?

No, that’s not normal.   “Purple” isn’t one of the normal colors…  Is it possible that it’s WHITE instead?

What color is it immediately when you apply power?  It should be white.

What kind of network is it plugged into?   Is it plugged into a switch, or a router?
