How do i find out if a file has been accessed or downloaded after sending an email link?

Hi All,

How can I find out after I have shared an email link with a friend, if he/she has accessed or downloaded the file. 

Also, how long are the email links good for? Are they valid for a set time only or  forever?

The link will be valid until you move/rename the linked files. there is no limitations for number of downloads or link expiration time at the moment.

And you cannot see if(or how many times) it has been downloaded.
