Samsung WAM550

Hi,

I’ve contacted Samsung “customer service(?)” and they’ve gone a little slopey shoulders on me.

I’ve recently bought a Samsung WAM550 multiroom speaker. However, it doesn’t show my EX2 in devices (all others are there, Tablets, Phones, PCs, Mac etc). All Samsung said is that is should be there. 

Before I go back and complain to them, does anyone know if there is anything I am doing incorrectly on My EX2 side of thimg?

My apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please make sure Media Streaming funtion is turned on from the Dashboard UI. You can find this option under Settings > Media tab.
