wd2go

when I log into wd2go it asks me to select a drive, when I do this it then asks for a network drive password can some one tell me where to get that password? I have tried all passwords I have or know and keep getting the message invalid user credential.

Thanks

When you enabled Remote Access, the first thing you did was select a USER.

The password being asked is the password for that user.

If you didn't assign a password, then the password is blank.

Re: wd2go

You said "try admin / admin" or "admin / (blank.)"

That'd only be the case if the username authorized to access WD 2go is "admin."   But WD 2go can be configured for ANY user, not just admin.

So your suggestion would be incorrect if the owner chose a user OTHER than admin when configuring Remote Access.
