You said “try admin / admin” or “admin / (blank.)”

That’d only be the case if the username authorized to access WD 2go is “admin.”   But WD 2go can be configured for ANY user, not just admin.

So your suggestion would be incorrect if the owner chose a user OTHER than admin when configuring Remote Access.
